To ensure that you don't get previously handled or worn merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All returns for damage goods do require a return authorization number. Please contact us for your RA#. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping service that can track your package (s) and insurance it for it full value! It the shipment is lost before it arrive back to us, we are not responsible. No credit will be issue. A 35% restocking fee will be charged to your credit card or your next order for refused packages for any reason (wrong color/sizes etc). Refunds are given in the form of store credit when a duplicate item can not be found for an exchange. We do not refund shipping & handling, credits/refunds will be given less that shipping costs.
