To ensure that you don't get previously handled or worn merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
In the case of a damaged item please contact us within 48 hours after delivery for an exchange. We will replace the damaged item with exactly the same style, size & color, tags must still be attached. Hats can not be return unless it is damage. California law doesn't permit return of hats.
We do not exchange for size nor color, so please take accurate measurements of your body and take advantage of our size charts on our website.
All returns for damage goods do require a return authorization number. Please contact us for your RA#. We strongly recommend that you use a shipping service that can track your package (s) and insurance it for it full value! It the shipment is lost before it arrive back to us, we are not responsible. No credit will be issue.
A 35% restocking fee will be charged to your credit card or your next order for refused packages for any reason (wrong color/sizes etc).
Refunds are given in the form of store credit when a duplicate item can not be found for an exchange. We do not refund shipping & handling, credits/refunds will be given less that shipping costs.
