The Divine Stitch Layaway Plan
We now have a layaway plan so that every man and woman, no matter what your pocket or purse may say, has the chance to dress like royalty. We are sons and daughters of the most high, so we should look like the kings or queens that we are.
Deposits will be between 50% - 75% depending on what items are chosen. The remainder of the layaway balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days from the original deposit date. Layaway will not be held without downpayment. Absolutely No Exceptions!

After this information is received, we will confirm availability and the deposit amount. Your initial deposit will be required immediately after. No Deposit, No Hold, No Exceptions!

Final Payment
After the initial payment the remaining balance must be paid in full within 30 days. If you fail to make your final payment for what ever reason you will loose your deposit and the items you have on hold will be put back out for sale. These are our policies and we will stick to them no exceptions!!
Cancellation of Layaway
Customer must notify DivineStitch.com in writing by via fax at 510-548-2917 or via email at sales [at] Divinestitch.com (replace [at] with @) within 24 hours after purchase order date. Letter must state that he/she would like to cancel layaway immediately in order to receive a full refund of down payment. After 24 hours there will be no refunds given for any reason!
Returns/Exchanges of Layaway
There will be no returns or exchanges for layaway items, so please make your selections accordingly. All sales are final!
