How do I complete a purchase online?
When you're ready to complete your online purchase, simply click on "Check Out" which is located in your shopping cart or at the top of any page within the "Online Catalog". When you check out, you can either create an online account or place an order without an account. Enter your shipping information and your billing address if different, then click “Continue.” You will come to the shipping page, where you will choose your shipping preference and payment preference. Click “continue” to enter in your credit card information. Once you have entered in a valid credit card number, expiration date and name of cardholder you will click “continue” to process your order. This will bring you the invoice page of your purchase. You will want to print this invoice for your records. Once you have placed an order you will receive an email confirmation from DivineStitch.com.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and personal checks & USPS money orders. Orders place with check and money will not be place until the funds arrive.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders generally takes 4-7 business days to be processed and shipped out and in rare cases could take up to 2 week at most to process. Since the merchandise is coming from the manufacturer it all depends on when they process the orders. So please allow at the most 7-14 business days for you order. You can always e-mail to know your status of your shipping.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
We are not the traditional Brick & Mortar store. We are strictly a internet retail store, we will accept only damaged merchandise. Please see our return page and make your selections carefully, for all sales are final! Check here for returns.asp information page

How much for shipping charges?
This depends on where you live and you chose your shipping amount when you check out. We use UPS and United Postal Service. Both are fast!

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship world wide! Although our prices are in US dollars ($). After an order is placed on our website for an international customer, Duty taxes are the customer responsibility. We do suggest using USPS Express mail for all overseas orders, parcel post is very slow and doesn't allow for tracking of your package once it leave Divinestitch dot com warehouse.
How do I know if the Items I want to purshase are in stock?
All items on our website are subject to availability. If by chance an item is not in stock when you place your order you will be notified by e-mail ASAP. If you just want to see if the item is availability or not, we ask that you send us a e-mail to Sales [at] Divinestitch dot com (Replace [at] with @ Please make sure that we have your correct e-mail address & phone number for contact.
I just check my account I see a charge on my card?
When an order is placed your card is automatically authorized, which means the funds are put on hold, but are not withdrawn from your account until your order is guaranteed to be in stock and ready to ship. If an item is not in stock when your order is placed we will release the authorization on your card (release the funds on hold) and they will settle back into your account. Depending on your bank or the type of account you have the funds are settled back into your account the same day and up to 3 days after. It the item is sold we will cancel your order the same day as well.
Is it safe to put in personal information over the internet?
We only use the most current and up to date securety encrypted software to ensure our customers privacy. We have a security certificate and we guarantee that all of your information is secure when ordering. When you get to the Checkout page on our website you will notice on the bottom right hand corner of your browser there should be a padlock, that shows that the site is secure. Also at the top of the browser where the website address is you will see the begining of the website address will begin with https:// instead of http:// and that ensures the security of the website.
